Measuring Homes for Real Estate Agents and Property Owners

I have been measuring homes for local Real Estate Agents for about 10 years.  Sketches include all the square footage (1st floor, 2nd floor, Garage, etc.).  They also include the area calculations.  They can include interior walls, symbols (windows, stairs, doors, ceiling fans, tubs, sinks, etc), and interior room dimensions like they go into the MLS.  I have been a Real Estate Appraiser since 1984.

Some agents use the sketches to verify square footage.  Some agents use the sketches for brochures.  These sketches can show buyers the entire floor plan of the home.  Other agents offer these sketches in listing presentations.  The skethes are additional incentive to list with you.  Home sellers love them.

They generally cost $50 to $125 depending on the size of the home.  Small homes cost less.  Large homes cost more.  I can email you a sample in pdf format if you wish.
